Harborside Capital Partners

We invest with a long-term hold bias in lower-middle market vertical software and tech-enabled services companies to optimize profitable growth and support sector consolidation balanced with regular distributions over time.

About the Firm

Harborside is built on over 25 years of direct institutional and sponsor backed software and tech-services sector investment experience.

We take a long-term approach to investing in lower middle market software and tech enabled services companies.  We do not expect to sell but we will never say never.

We aim to partner with these companies to build durable businesses reflecting the new realities of these markets coupled with a sector-focused acquisition thesis that is self-funding over time. We combine this approach with agentic and operational efficiency gains to generate sustainable growth and profitability.
